Supervise and support nursery teaching staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework or other relevant curriculum standards.

Monitor children’s progress and well-being, ensuring the delivery of personalized care and education plans.

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and parents.

Liaise with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and provide regular feedback on children’s development.

Manage administrative duties, including staffing schedules, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are implemented effectively.
